Frustrations

There will be no post of this week’s sermon.  I have to be honest, I just did not feel like I ever made a clear point.  Fortunately I have gracious congregations who allowed me to be a tired, worn-out human.

At times the daily business really can get in the way of hearing God.  I am reminded that our modern world fills our lives with so much clutter that it separates us from God.

As I continue learning more about Christianity and struggle to keep my worldly priorities in perspective, I discover how easily it is to lose God’s guidance.  The studies teach me more about what separates us from God, so hopefully this week I can improve on my relationship with God.

May each of you read, study, and pray to learn more too about God’s love and how we are to live following his one commandment:  love one another.
